I feel that for all the ambition to make skyrim this level of fun, all it did was turn it for me into a cheap chinese dark souls clone. Basically the spells have a high likelyhood of not hitting targets unless I time it right, it's just because of how spells work. The lock on mod was also quite clunky as the game's magic system wasn't really synergizing well with it, and it was just really buggy.

I did not find any use for jump attacks or one handed/two handed switch (though tbf, i main mage). The rolls were very clunky and at times, the I frames did not register well.

While WildCat i personally have no problem with, as it just fills in the empty holes of the combat system, the game just honestly didn't play well as a dark souls game. I'm a fan of soulsborne games pretty much, I fell for the hype where you can mod Skyrim to be souls-like and have mods downloaded like Combat Gameplay Overhaul, some popular third person camera mod that doesnt stick to the character, a lock on mod and Wild Cat. I just wanted to express an opinion that can spark a discussion. I don't have a problem if yall like to mod Skyrim to play like Dark Souls, i'm not in the position to tell you how to play and mod the game. This is copypasted from some place else, as I cant be bothered to write up something different.
